Terms of Service

1. Service Description

This website provides an assistance service for the Aruba ED Card (Embarkation-Disembarkation Card) application process. We are a third-party service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Aruba.

Our service assists travelers with the ED Card application process for the official Aruba government website. You can also apply directly at the official government website edcardaruba.aw.

2. Service Fee

Our service fee covers the application assistance, technical infrastructure, and customer support. This fee is separate from and in addition to any fees that may be required by the Aruba government.

Payment must be completed before we process your application. All fees are stated clearly before payment.

3. Application Processing

By using our service, you authorize us to assist with processing your information through the official Aruba ED Card system. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

We will make reasonable efforts to process your application within 24-48 hours of payment. However, we cannot guarantee specific processing times as we are dependent on the availability and performance of the official government system.

The approval or rejection of your ED Card application is solely at the discretion of the Aruba government authorities. We have no influence over their decision-making process.

4. Refund Policy

Please see our detailed Refund Policy page for complete information about refunds.

In summary: We offer refunds when issues occur that are within our control (technical failures, submission errors on our part). Refunds are not provided for circumstances outside our control, such as government rejections due to traveler-provided information or changes in travel plans.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Ensuring you meet all requirements for entry to Aruba
  • Submitting your application with adequate time before your travel date
  • Checking your email for status updates and confirmations
  • Verifying that your application was successfully submitted

We are not responsible for delays, denials, or other issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information, late submissions, or failure to check your application status.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid. We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made by Aruba government authorities regarding your application
  • Delays or technical issues with the official government ED Card system
  • Travel disruptions, cancellations, or financial losses resulting from application delays or denials
  • Changes to Aruba's entry requirements or ED Card policies

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Data Usage

We collect and process your personal information solely for the purpose of submitting your ED Card application. Your data will be transmitted to the official Aruba government system and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our service at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse of our system, or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
