About the ED Card

Do I really need an ED Card to visit Aruba?

Yes, the ED Card (Embarkation/Disembarkation Card) is mandatory for all visitors entering Aruba. Airlines will check for your ED Card approval before allowing you to board your flight. Without an approved ED Card, you may be denied boarding.

What is an ED Card?

The ED Card is a digital form required by the Government of Aruba for all travelers entering the island. It collects important travel and health information to facilitate your entry into Aruba.

How far in advance should I submit my ED Card?

We recommend submitting your ED Card at least 72 hours before your flight. This gives enough time for processing and resolving any potential issues. Our service processes most applications within 24-48 hours.

Do children need their own ED Card?

Yes, every traveler, including infants and children, needs their own ED Card submission. When filling out our form, you can add all family members to a single order.

About Our Service

Is this the official government website?

No, we are a third-party assistance service that helps you with the ED Card application process. We are not affiliated with the Government of Aruba. Our fee is $35 per traveler. You can also apply directly at the official government website: edcardaruba.aw

Why should I use your service instead of the official website?

Our service saves you time and hassle. We guide you through the entire application process, double-check all information for accuracy, and provide customer support if any issues arise. Many travelers prefer our service because the official website can be confusing or time-consuming to navigate.

How long does the process take?

Our service processes most applications within 24-48 hours of payment. You'll receive an email confirmation once your ED Card application has been successfully processed.

What information do I need to provide?

You'll need passport details (number, expiry date, country of issue), travel information (flight details, arrival/departure dates), accommodation details (hotel name and address), and contact information. Having your passport and travel itinerary handy will make the process faster.

Payment & Refunds

How much does your service cost?

Our service fee is $35 per traveler. This covers the application assistance, accuracy verification, customer support, and our money-back guarantee for issues within our control.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

What if my application is rejected?

If your ED Card is rejected due to any error on our part, you'll receive a full refund. We'll also help you resubmit if needed. However, rejections due to incorrect information you provided or government policy decisions are not eligible for refunds.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my trip?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for trip cancellations or changes in travel plans, as our service fee covers the work of processing your application. We recommend using our service only after your travel plans are confirmed. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Technical & Support

How do I check my application status?
